Many different forms of Rag Rug Making exist in rural comunities the world over . We begin this years classes with the basic tufting technique and go on to discuss various styles and materials used .

Rug making is an excelent and creative way of recycling old fabrics,  turning them into some thing beautifull practical and usefull , but above all it is extremely rewarding to make something Decorative out of nothing but a pile of worn or unwanted clothing .
